Price and Payment
The prices displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT and delivery.
We cannot fully process your order until we have received payment. Web orders should receive an e-mail to confirm the order has been accepted. Payment by cheque will take up to 10 working days to clear.
The amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method used.
Our website is fully secured to accept credit and debit card payments. Your confidential details are encrypted and processed by Protx to protect you against fraudulent activity.
Returns and Refunds
Credenza Direct will exchange or refund the full price of any product purchased from us if it is returned in a saleable condition within 28 days of purchase less the cost of collection charges. There will be a 30% surcharge for any returned stock which is not of a saleable condition. This excludes damage in transit or a manufacturing defect.
In the case of faulty products we will offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your legal rights. Please call on 0845 688 0933 for more information.

Delivery
Credenza Direct quotes a standard 7 working day delivery from payment received. Credenza Direct will attempt to meet this delivery date, however, on occasion, situations beyond our control occur which may prevent this happening. In these circumstances you will be contacted by phone to arrange an alternative date.
Credenza Direct is responsible for the safekeeping of the product until it has been delivered to the customer. After which we will not be held responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage or usage.
Credenza Direct cannot accept any liability should measurements given by a consumer subsequently turn out to be incorrect. It is the responsibility of the consumer to check their own measurements. For instance when measuring radiators it is important to take account any radiator valves. It is also important that the external dimensions of the radiator cabinet will fit into the space surrounding the radiator. Consumers should check especially for window sills, alcoves or existing furniture when measuring up for a radiator cabinet.
General Conditions
Credenza Direct cannot guarantee that the colours of the products shown on the website are exactly the same as the physical products. This is due to natural variation which may occur in the wood veneers.
All sizes quoted on the website have a 5mm margin of error.
Credenza Direct accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from misuse of this product.
Product Colour Presentation
Whist we try to ensure accurate colour representation, please be aware that the photographic process and variants in colour tones of computer screens may sometimes alter colour of product. All of our photography is close representations of actual products, and therefore colour variance between viewed on screen and actual product may occur, and should not be taken as a product fault.
